Kelly Rowland Has Mommy Guilt Too — & That’s OK

You probably heard of her when you purchased your first Destiny’s Child album, but these days, Kelly Rowland is up to a whole lot more than creating catchy music. The 36-year old mom of adorable son Titan has been busy to say the least. She has appeared on the hit show Empire, been a judge on The Voice Australia and somehow managed to find the time to write a stellar book full of advice for new moms titled, Whoa, Baby! Most recently, she has partnered with Band-Aid as a spokesperson for their Stick With It campaign because she is passionate about helping and motivating women to stick to their goals and passions — whatever they may be.

So how does a mom with so much on her plate manage to accomplish so much and still maintain a physically and emotionally healthy lifestyle? Well, we were lucky enough to ask her exactly that.

SheKnows: What’s the first thing you do in the morning?

KR: No matter the situation, I stay focused and motivated on my goals because that’s the way I was raised.
