When you think of the warm weather, what comes to mind? If it’s rosé spritzers, cold sangria, juicy fruit, and tangy pink lemonade, then you’re going to love Le Creuset’s brand-new color. It’s called Pêche and it’s the ultimate summer hue that draws inspiration from peach bellinis.

According to a press release, Pêche debuts after four long years of experimentation. It’s a “fizzy new hue designed to bring charm and joie de vivre to kitchens around the world,” the release reads. “Playful, elegant and perfectly peachy for spring, the new color is a must-have for home cooks and professional chefs alike.”

And you can pick up the new color in all of Le Creuset‘s bestsellers, including the Round Dutch Oven. Select a size between two and 13 quarts that best fits your cooking needs and see what all the enameled cast iron hype is about. You’ll experience even heating, excellent slow cooking, and easy cleanup.

“Everything is great about this pan whether you use it on [your] stovetop or in [your] oven,” one reviewer wrote on Le Creuset’s site. “This is a lifetime pan. You can put it in your will.”

The Signature Skillet is also available in Pêche, which delivers a pop of color where you least expect it. Just like traditional cast iron, the Le Creuset skillet develops a natural patina over time that will only enhance the flavors of the foods you cook in it and make the cooking surface extra nonstick.

Or start small with the Le Creuset Signature Pitcher in Pêche. On sale for just $35, this pitcher is the perfect size for all your summer cocktails, and when not in use for drinks, you can use it as a flower vase. Just imagine how gorgeous your summer blooms will look when paired with this peach color.
