Getting Ready for the Ladies Ride

It was
another week of work, as you all know I work at a Harley-Davidson dealership, so of course work is fun for me as it centers around my passion for riding. It is getting hot here in Arizona so
the amount of riders on the road is dwindling down to the brave and courageous who are commited to riding no matter what the conditions! We have solutions for that extreme heat and the truly
dedicated riders are out there and you know who you are!! LOL
You may remember my mentioning my friend at work who asked me as a favor to get involved in this project… well here she is: Jenni at work! We were discussing the upcoming ladies
ride whichhappened to be this past weekend… an upcoming blogwill get you some great pictures (Natalie andDarnell were there too!) and incentive
to get out there
Well work was over for the week and it was relaxation time for Di! (That’s how my friends refer to me.) It was time for a haircut and color as well as getting my nails done. Funny
to hear me say these things as I am not the typical girlie girl type! I’m more the tomboy, but hey, if I don’t look good I don’t feel good!! Well anyway the ironic part of all this is
both my hair stylist and nail tech are women riders!! Jeanne, my hair stylist, rides a Harley-Davidson Sportster and Toshia, my nail tech, rides aHeritage Softail. You go
girls!!I have done a brave thing here. As I was getting my hair done I had Jeanne take a picture after she cut my hair but before she colored it. So ladies you
are getting the true me! Now you know that with all that white hair I do qualify to be a Grandma in the next few weeks!! With my new hairdo I then went off to get my nails done. Toshia and I talked
about riding as she was doing my nails. Her and her fiance went riding with her two boys and they had a great ride.
So now I am all gussied up and ready for the ladies ride with Darnell and Natalie. Stay tuned as my next blog will cover our main topic… ladies in the wind!!
