Sparkle & shine
Like many women I am easily distracted by shiny things. Does it sparkle? I want it! With that in mind, I’m excited to share some of my recent picks for the prettiest little sparkly things I’ve found (and drooled over) online.
Not-your-average denim
While not something I would sport regularly, I do admit being intrigued by these sparkly denim cut offs (Top Shop, $150). The vintage wash denim is ablaze with bling and I can definitely see how cute these would look with a basic black or white tank top and fabulous platforms for added glam.
Sparkle heart
Known to be one of Taylor Swift’s favorite shirts, I’m also a big fan of this oversized sparkle heart sweatshirt (Shopbop.com, $108). The ultra-comfy jersey top features an adorable glitter heart graphic on the front for days when I really feel like showing the world how I feel.
Ring bling
Make a sparkling style statement with this organic crystal ring (Max & Chloe, $45). I love the simplicity of the design and asymmetrical cut of the stone, and of course, can’t resist the mega bling this ring will add to my all over summer style.
Off the cuff crystal
Show off your sparkly side with this eye-catching cuff covered in tiny crystals (Torrid, $12). The price point fits my budget perfectly and I can’t resist the ultra-bright bling of this statement accessory. This is a great piece for when you feel like dressing up, but don’t want to go all-out glam.
Sparkle & shade
Pretty pick of the week: My summer will not be complete without these Swarovski crystal sunglasses ($330). They basically look like they’ve been sculpted out of a piece of blinding clear crystal yet they’re not so over-the-top I would look like a starlet-in-training wearing them. The frame and arms are made from prisms, giving these pretty shades an ice-like quality.
Ballerina bling
Because let’s face it — who doesn’t need sparkly shoes? I can’t get enough of these sequined ballet flats (Neiman Marcus,$195) for the flirty, feminine touch they add to any outfit. They come in black, silver and gold, but I’m partial to the silver for summer.
Glitter and glam
I’ve already professed my love for all things pink, so it should be no surprise that this pretty pink sparkly clutch (Edit New York, $395) made the all-things-bling list. While it might look like a special occasions only type of accessory, I think it would be equally as cute with jeans and T-shirt.
