The 2011 MTV Movie Awards gave us more than a few cringeworthy moments — Robert Pattinson’s impromtu swearing, anyone?
Still, the fashion more than made up for any lame moments on the show. It seemed like all of the hottest ladies that graced the red carpet wore up-to-there dresses that showed off their fab legs and envy-worthy skin.

What else can we say about these two young stars? Both Harry Potter star Emma Watson and Breaking Dawn’sKristen Stewart shined in their short frocks. Emma Watson rocked an ivory Marchesa dress with ornate, jewel-encrusted neckline. She paired the dress with metallic Brian Atwood heels for a show-stopping look.

Stewart, on the other hand, kept it edgy with a red Balmain number adorned with plenty of safety pins. Plus, she actually smiled on the red carpet — someone’s growing up!
Selena Gomez and Reese Witherspoon
We’ve got a pair of stylish Hollywood ladies from two different generations here — teen queen Selena Gomez and Oscar darling Reese Witherspoon. Gomez looked fresh and gorgeous in her Giambattista Valli mini with matching clutch. The color is perfect for her golden skin tone — and we’re totally jealous.
Witherspoon, on the other hand, went for a short Vivienne Westwood stunner with nude peep-toed heels. We love her beach-worthy strands the best, though.
Emma Stone and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is the latest it-girl with her Maxim cover and upcoming role in Transformers. The leggy Brit kept it sultry with a leopard-print Dolce & Gabbana dress with Sergio Rossi heels and a Salvatore Ferragamo bag. We’re just jealous of her mile-long legs.
Emma Stone topped of her return to red hair (yay!) with a yellow-and-gray-striped Bottega Venetta dress from the design house’s Fall 2011 collection. We think it looks perfect with her skin and red strands.
