Taking the baby to an amusement park? Why not? Aside from major thrill rides, these great amusement parks have tons of fun just for babies.
Disneyland
We all know Disneyland is known for its amazingly thrilling rides, but there are plenty of rides and fun for babies, too. Parents can ride nearly every ride with their children, so everyone can get in on the fun. For some don’t-miss baby-friendly rides and fun, check out King Arthur’s Carousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, It’s a Small World, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, the Disneyland Railroad and Mickey’s Toon Town.

Knott’s Berry Farm
Knott’s Berry Farm is a great place to take small children. The park’s Camp Snoopy area is designed for little ones, and they can go on most of the rides either by themselves or with Mom or Dad. Don’t miss a chance to meet Snoopy and the Peanuts gang and snap a picture with them or watch them on stage for a live performance. Outside Camp Snoopy, the train ride and the mining ride are both really fun, exciting and — most importantly — safe for babies.

Sea World
Little animal lovers will love the chance to get up close and personal with sea life at any of the three Sea World locations around the country — San Diego, San Antonio or Orlando. Stroll through the aquarium and let the baby touch and feel live sea stars and jump and play in the Sesame Street-themed amusement park, which has rides, a huge jungle gym and a soft block area. Don’t forget to make time for the Shamu show — just don’t sit in the soak zone, or your baby will get drenched. The penguin and polar bear exhibits are also must-sees. The whole park is alive with water-loving animals that the baby can see up close.

Legoland
With two locations, one in California and one in Florida, both West and East Coasters have easy access to this block-building wonderland. The parks feature 60 rides. Must-sees for the baby include Fun Town, the museum of the Amazon rain forest, ancient Egypt, and the Arctic artifacts, all reconstructed from Legos. Also, take a tour of a real Lego factory. Don’t forget to snap a picture of your baby next to Bronte, the 9-foot-tall, 34-foot-long dinosaur statue made entirely of… you guessed it, Legos.
