Easy & fun outdoor games for the family

Summer is here, and that means it’s time to get outside for some family fun! Here at SheKnows, we’ve tested out some of the best outdoor games that are affordable, family-friendly and of course, super-fun!

This entertaining game is a sure pleaser. To create a life-sized version of this wooden tower, simply head to your local hardware store for some 2x4s. Ask an attendant to cut them down to 12 inches each, until you have reached 54 pieces. Once you get home, give them a light sanding to smooth down any rough edges, and you’re good to go.

This game would be great for a patio set up, lawn or deck. To create a large-scale version of this classic game, be creative with the pieces you use. For this version, we used Ikea’s Platta decking tiles and Panna coasters.
