How I turned my love for radio into a booming career (VIDEO)

Cooper has a PhD in developmental psychology and has spent the last 18 years building a successful career as a radio host. She attributes her early success to having a mentor teach her and take an interest in her career. Her mantra, “hard work will never betray you” has guided her through pursuing her passion.
