Belma and April had their eureka moment when they realized that many of their friends and colleagues felt stuck around their mid-20s. Many weren’t sure of how to advance in their careers, or felt trapped in an industry they weren’t passionate about. BOULD was born with the intent of solving this problem. By providing affordable, personal career coaching, BOULD gives women a better chance at becoming educated about their career options and making the most of their time.

What advice would you give your 20-year-old self? Do what feels right and what brings you joy, even if it seems small. We find the big opportunities in the small, seemingly insignificant moments. Don’t follow the titles and the labels. Those don’t mean anything. And don’t ever be afraid to break the rules.
