Signature wedding cocktails for every type of girl

Congrats! You’re getting married. And even if alcohol is the very last thing on your mind right now, we’re big believers in serving up signature drinks, because well, your wedding day should be a total reflection of you, right? Check out these 10 yummy concoctions that will add a personal touch to any cocktail hour or reception.

The eccentric bride

Bohemia Chipotle

Looking for something a bit out of the box? Turn up the heat and give your taste buds a treat with this spicy Bohemia beer chipotle cocktail.

What’s in it:
  • 6 ounces chilled Bohemia beer
  • 2 fresh lime wedges sliced in half
  • Chipotle rimming salt
  • 1 teaspoon pureed canned chipotles en adobo or 1 tablespoon Frontera Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • Ice
  • 1 slice cucumber for garnish

First, grab 1 of the lime wedge pieces, and wet the rim of a tall glass. Then dip the rim into the chipotle rimming salt, and squeeze the juice from the rest of your limes into the glass. Toss in the lime pieces and mix in the pureed chipotles in adobo or the chipotle hot sauce (your choice). Fill up your cup with ice, have a sip and enjoy!

Campfire S’more Bamboozled Shake

Shake things up on your wedding day and surprise guests with a scrumptious cocktail that’s good enough to eat! This s’mores drink is destined to be a hit among all your family and friends — guaranteed.

What’s in it:
  • 3 scoops vanilla gelato
  • 3 tablespoons graham crumble
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Marshmallows
  • 1/2 ounce Smirnoff Marshmallow Vodka

Put 3 scoops of gelato in the blender, followed by your graham crumble, marshmallows and a 1/2 ounce of vodka. Blend all the ingredients up until everything is nice and smooth. Then drizzle your chocolate sauce in a tall milkshake glass, pour the contents of the blender in, shake and top off with whipped cream, more graham crumble and a couple of roasted marshmallows. Mmm, delicious.

The traditional bride

Haru’s Ginger Orchid Cocktail

Orchids are the flower of choice for many traditional brides, and we have to say, this classy cocktail incorporates them beautifully. Because hey, why shouldn’t you match your drink to your flowers?

What’s in it:
  • 1-1/2 ounces Absolut Citron Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce sweet/sour mix?

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up. Then simply strain the drink into a cosmo glass garnished with a small fresh orchid.

Her Something Blue

This cool cocktail certainly makes finding your “something blue” a real breeze! The name alone is enough to justify putting it on your menu (at least that’s what we think!).

What’s in it:
  • 2 parts Pinnacle Blueberry Vodka?
  • 1 part DeKuyper Blue Curacao Liqueur?
  • 1 part cranberry juice?
  • 1/2 part freshly squeezed lime??

Using a cocktail shaker, pour all of your ingredients in (including ice), shake and strain the contents into a chilled martini glass. Decorate the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, and you’re all done.

The sentimental bride

The Love Unit

A mix of sweet and savory ingredients, this romantic red libation is sure to spice up your wedding — and trust us, your guests will fall head over heels for it too.

What’s in it:
  • 1 ounce Stoli Vodka?
  • 1 ounce Stoli Vanilla Vodka?
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime??
  • 3/4 ounce freshly extracted red bell pepper juice?
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup?

Add all of your ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake it up (of course), and then strain your libation into a martini glass and top off the rim with a red bell pepper ring and a fresh “spanked” basil leaf. Say cheers!

Beluga’s Bubbly Kiss

Instead of sticking to plain ol’ Champagne, celebrate your nuptials with a big fat kiss in the form of bubbly and booze! This sophisticated cocktail is just as refreshing as it looks.

What’s in it:
  • 1 ounce Beluga Noble Russian Vodka?
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup??
  • Champagne? of your choice
  • Strawberries??

Start by muddling 1 large strawberry into a mixing tin. Next, add in your vodka, lime juice and simple syrup and shake well over ice. Pour your cocktail into a Champagne flute, and gently stir using a bar spoon. Top it off with some chilled Champagne, and adorn the rim of your flute with a strawberry.

The guy’s girl bride

The Mint To Be

If it’s “Mint To Be,” it’s meant to be! Any guy’s girl bride who enjoys a good whiskey drink will definitely say “I do” to this stiff signature cocktail.

What’s in it:
  • 1-1/2 ounces Gentleman Jack?
  • 1 ounce Domaine De Canton?
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces POM juice??
  • 8 fresh mint leaves??

Muddle 4 of your mint leaves into a rocks glass, and put the remaining ingredients (minus the other 4 mint leaves) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Now, pour your drink into your rocks glass. Lightly crush up the rest of your leaves, and stir into your cocktail. It’s ready to serve!

Kentucky Derby

Guests will be racing back and forth to the bar to get their hands on this masculine cocktail, perfect for the bourbon and ginger beer loving girl.

What’s in it:
  • 1-1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce Regatta ginger beer
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Dainzu Elderflower and ginger syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 3 dashes Junior Merino’s Roasted Apple and Toasted Spices Armagnac Intensive (Bitters)
  • 3 dashes Junior Merino’s Lavender and Yuzu Cachaca Intensive (Bitters)

Add all the ingredients (minus the ginger beer) to a Boston shaker, and shake well. Then add in the ginger beer, and pour the cocktail over crushed iced into a snifter. Garnish the rim of your glass with a sprig of mint, plus a mist of Junior Merino’s Go Citrus Enhancer (Aromatics) if you wish.

The exotic bride

Encanto Mary

Headed to the Caribbean for your honeymoon? Then get the party started early by kicking off your marriage with this exotic take on the classic bloody mary!

What’s in it:
  • 1-1/2 ounces premium vodka
  • 5 ounces freshly made tomato juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch Puerto Rican aji picante “spicy pepper”
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 1 pinch crushed fresh black peppercorn
  • Crushed crispy plantain chips
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 celery stalk and 2 stuffed olives for garnish

Wet the rim of an 8-ounce highball glass with your lime wedge, and dip the rim of the glass into the plantain chips. Now, pour the remainder of your ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir. Finish off your drink with the skewered olives and celery stalk as garnish. Yummmm.

Island Getaway

Whether you’re planning an exotic destination wedding or just have an affinity for the islands, this tropical drink will transport you and your guests to a total paradise.

What’s in it:
  • 8 ounces Seagram’s Jamaican Me Happy
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ounce Triple sec
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Orange wedges
  • Cherries
  • Ice

Pour the coconut rum, Triple Sec and ice into a cocktail shaker, followed by the orange juice and lemon juice, and mix well. Strain your concoction into a big glass, add in Jamaican Me Happy and stir gently. Use the cherries and orange slices for garnish. Now, drink up!
