Philipps and her husband Marc Silverstein are expecting their second daughter any day now. With their 4-year-old daughter having the unusual name of Birdie, we can’t wait to hear what they will name baby number two.

In the meantime, Philipps is enjoying watching her daughter develop as she shared a photo of a recent ultrasound. “Ultrasounds are seriously crazy,” she tweeted. “I totally get why Tom Cruise bought an ultrasound machine.“

Cruise famously purchased an ultrasound machine back in 2005 when Katie Holmes was pregnant with Suri.
