The Hart of Dixie star is five months pregnant with her first child with her husband, Kyle Newman.
The actress seems happy and content, quite a change from her early days of hard partying when she was a 15-year-old model in New York. She admitted to using heroin in the past and it wasn’t until her boyfriend died that she entered rehab and got sober.
“When you lose someone like that, you can turn it into a tragedy and live with it for the rest of your life. I realized I was so fortunate just to have been able to have loved him for that short time,“ she said.
She recently tweeted her condolences to Glee star Cory Monteith, who died of a heroin and alcohol overdose. ”#CoryMonteith a loss of words. May you rest in Peace. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends,” she wrote.
