Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, who is pregnant for the fifth time, shared off her twin baby bump in an itsy-bitsy black lace bikini.
“Going swimming with the kiddos! The pool makes me feel so much lighter!” she captioned her Instagram photo, using the hash tags “#twins #excited#blessed #nofilter.”
The 35-year-old reality star and her husband, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, have two sons — 2-year-old Kash and 13-month-old KJ. Zolciak has two daughters, 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana, from a previous relationship.
She joked on her reality show, Don’t Be Tardy, that her husband must have “athlete sperm” after the pregnancy test came back positive.
Zolciak made the twin baby announcement via Twitter in July, writing, “I still can’t believe that God blessed me w/ 2 more bundles of joy!”
