Harp the Narc
The fact that they have nicknamed Harper, age 3, “Harp the Narc,” as in narcoleptic, should say enough — but we have photos to prove it. We have no idea how Harper, as little as she is, perfectly wedged herself into that shopping cart, but we’d love to know where her mom, Chelsea, put all of their groceries!
