Snake skin animal craft
Supplies:
- Packing bubble wrap
- Scissors
- Green paint
- Foam brush
- Wiggle eyes
- Red chenille stem
- Glue
Directions:
- First, lay out a square of bubble wrap for your kiddo to cut out in a freehand snake shape. You may want to help your youngsters complete this step as the bubble wrap can be tricky for little kids to cut. Don’t forget to create a head!
- Using a foam brush, have your child add green paint to the bubble side of the packing material, brushing on just enough to color the bubbles. You want to be able to see through the clear material for the most part.
- Once you’ve allowed a little time to dry, glue 2 wiggle eyes to the head of your snake.
- Cut a small piece of chenille stem and bend into a Y-shape to form the snake’s tongue. Glue to the front of your snake’s head and your snake skin craft is complete.
