Zebra marble paint craft
Supplies:
- Zebra template
- Printer
- Scissors
- Shirt box lid
- 3 Marbles
- Black paint
Directions:
- First, print out the zebra template on your computer and let your kiddo cut it out. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but the closer your child can cut out the shape, the better the zebra craft will look in the end.
- Lay your zebra cutout in the shirt box lid and place 3 to 4 tiny drops of black paint near — but not on — your zebra shape. The key to successful marble painting is to avoid adding too much paint to each dot. A little goes a long way once those marbles start rolling around.
- Have your child shake and move the shirt box around, causing the marbles to roll through the paint and across your zebra cutout to form varying stripes and patterns.
- Once the paint is dry, you can remove the zebra from the box and admire your youngster’s work of art.
