It looks like Pilates is the secret to pregnant Stacy Keibler‘s amazing shape. She posted this picture on Instagram of herself as she works out with a trainer.

The 34-year-old Supermarket Superstar host (and ex of George Clooney) is expecting her first child, a girl, with her new husband, tech entrepreneur Jared Pobre. The couple were married on March 8 in an intimate ceremony in Punta Mita, Mexico.
“Before we met, both Jared and I had told our parents we didn’t think we’d ever get married or have kids,” she told Fit Pregnancy. “But when you’re with the right person, everything changes. There’s no one else in the world I would want to do this with.”
