What was on the minds and social media feeds of celebrity moms this week? Kourtney Kardashian shared a picture of her placenta pill after giving birth to her son Reign. Nicole Richie debuted her aquamarine hair (that she somehow totally pulls off), while (possibly pregnant) Beyoncé, Vanessa Carlton and Kelly Clarkson round out our list of the most buzz-worthy celebrity moms on social media this week.

TMI? First Khloé Kardashian posts a picture of her camel toe and now her big sister Kourtney Kardashian posts a placenta picture. Kourtney has yet to share a picture of her 3-week-old son, Reign Aston, but she did post this picture of her “yummy” green placenta pills on her Instagram page and touted the benefits of them.
“Yummy…PLACENTA pills! No joke…I will be sad when my placenta pills run out. They are life changing! #benefits #lookitup.”
Kardashian is among many Hollywood moms, including Gaby Hoffman and January Jones, who eat their placenta. It is a weird celebrity mom trend, however, it also sounds kind of cool — as long as it is in pill form.
“It’s not gross or witchcrafty,” Jones said in an interview. “It’s a very civilized thing that can help women with depression or fatigue. I was never depressed or sad or down after the baby was born, so I’d highly suggest it to any pregnant woman.”
It’s not all placenta pills on her social media page, as Kourtney also posted this adorable picture of her daughter Penelope and her son Mason snuggled up together sleeping.

There aren’t many who can rock a rainbow of hair hues, but Nicole Richie is one them. The mom of two posted this picture of her newest hair color hue: turquoise.
Richie, who has a 7-year-old daughter named Harlow and a 5-year-old son named Sparrow, is more than likely wearing a wig.
“A body like Arnold with a Denzel face,” she captioned the photo, posting alongside her German shepherd named Iro.
Beyoncé
Is she pregnant — or isn’t she? Either way, Beyoncé has us talking. The singer posted this Instagram shot as she lies in the sand with sand packed on her belly to make it look like a baby bump. The singer coyly didn’t make a caption, and prefers to let the picture do the talking.

Extra points for Kelly Clarkson for having her adorable daughter River Rose help promote her new single, “Heartbeat Song.”
The 34-year-old posted this video of River with earphones on, dancing and kicking her legs adorably.

Singer Vanessa Carlton shared a photo of her baby girl straight from the delivery room.

Her husband was the first to post a snapshot of their baby, calling her “Sid the kid,” so we speculated her name would be Sidney or Sid for short. Carlton shared her entire name — Sidney Aoibheann Carlton-McCauley— and her middle name is quite the mouthful. The name Aoibheann is an Irish name that is actually pronounced like “avon.”
