4 Fun ways to make shamrock art with kids

Making cute St. Patrick’s Day art has never been easier. Use everyday objects to stamp a perfect shamrock. Even the littlest kids in the family will be able to make their own St. Patrick’s Day art.

Paper tube shamrock

Supplies:

  • Empty toilet paper or paper towel tube
  • Green paint
  • Paper plate
  • Paper
  • Paintbrush

Directions:

  1. Pour some green paint out on a paper plate.
  2. Fold the empty paper tube to create a heart shape, as shown in the picture.
  3. Dip the end of the paper tube in the green paint.
  4. Use the paper tube like a stamp to stamp the heart shape on the paper 4 times to create the shamrock.
  5. Use a paintbrush to paint a stem for the shamrock.

Wine cork shamrock

Supplies:

  • Wine cork
  • Paper plate
  • Green paint
  • Paper

Directions:

  1. Dip the end of the wine cork in the green paint.
  2. Use the end of the wine cork to stamp the leaves of the shamrock.
  3. Use the edge of the wine cork to paint a stem on the shamrock.

Directions:

Directions:

  2. Paint the flat side of the apple with green paint.
  3. Stamp the apple 4 times on a piece of paper to make the shamrock.
