How to Make a Leprechaun Trap (& Thrill Your Kids) This St. Patrick’s Day

4. Cover the trap

Cut out a piece of construction paper that is slightly larger than the opening in the top of the box. Tape it to the inside of the box along one side of the paper. When your leprechaun walks on this part of the trap, he’ll fall in!

5. Make a rainbow

Cut out a rainbow shape from the rainbow paper and tape it to the box. Glue cotton balls at the base of the rainbow to make clouds.

6. Add a pot of gold

Add your pot of gold to the top of the trap to lure the leprechaun. Then your leprechaun trap is complete.
