Pregnant Kim Kardashian is already into her second trimester, and the gender of her second baby has been revealed. Find out if the reality star and Kanye West are having a baby boy or another baby girl to dress in designer duds.

“Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!” she continued in another tweet.
So, there you have it. She is not having twins, she is carrying her own baby and not using a surrogate and has not told anyone the sex of their baby — however she didn’t necessarily deny it was a boy but that she hasn’t told anyone either way.

Multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that Kardashian and West are having a baby boy! That’s right, 2-year-old big sister North will have a brother to play with — and West will have a Mini-Me to dress in black leather and teach his signature “sulking” pose.
“Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete he wanted a little boy, an heir,” a source told the magazine. “He’s overjoyed!”
How does Kim K feel about welcoming a baby boy? The insider gushed that “Kim always wanted two kids. A girl and a boy.”
It sounds like she got her wish! Kardashian, 34, is due in December and was overjoyed that she could get pregnant after suffering with failed in vitro attempts and infertility.
“I’m so grateful to be pregnant when we didn’t even think it was going to happen,” Kardashian said.
In fact, she has been suffering with severe morning sickness, but she says that is all worth it to welcome another baby.
“I can barely get out of bed,” she said. “But it’s so worth it. I don’t really care.”
Even though she hasn’t been feeling great, it hasn’t slowed down her schedule. Kardashian has been spotted out wearing tight-fitting dresses to show off her growing baby bump, much like she did when she was pregnant with North.

She has also already been shopping for boys’ clothes at a trendy New York City boutique.
“Just like Nori, this kid will be well dressed,” the source revealed. As if we had any doubt.
Now that we know the gender of the baby, it’s time to start discussing names. As soon as the pregnancy news was revealed, everyone immediately joked that baby number two would be named South, although we don’t think the couple would do that… but they might. We do know they will probably pick a unique name, and Kanye will want to incorporate his name somewhere in the name as well, at least as a middle name.
Hopefully Kim K will take some baby name tips from her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, who finds names that are unique yet not cheesy. Kourtney’s kids are named Mason, Penelope and Reign.
