I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been waiting ages for this: Chrissy Teigen and hubby John Legend are finally having a baby!
Supermodel Teigen made the big announcement on Instagram Monday, where she revealed that she’s already three months pregnant with their first child.
“John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant 🙂 As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now,” she wrote. “It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx”

Teigen has been very open about her struggles with infertility, revealing to viewers of her new talk show, FABLife, that she’s even seen fertility doctors.

“I will say, honestly, John and I are having trouble,” she said. “We would have kids five, six years ago if it’d happened. But my gosh, it’s been a process!”
She continued, “So, anytime somebody asks me if I’m going to have kids, I’m like, ‘One day, you’re going to ask that to the wrong girl who’s really struggling, and it’s going to be really hurtful to them. And I hate that. So, I hate it. Stop asking me!'”
But Teigen has been equally vocal about her desire for children.
“I’m aging. I love bouncing around. I love going on tour with John, we’ve considered ourselves bi-coastal for 10 years now. It’s definitely weird and different to have a home now,” she said at last summer’s 2015 Television Critics Association press tour. “I’m ready to have a family and call Los Angeles my home.”
She continued, “I swear to you, I thought I would’ve had one by now. So, hopefully, we’ll just have this Angelina-Brad-type brood. I would love that … I definitely want a lot of kids, though, and he does as well.”
