Melissa Rycroft is now a mom of three after giving birth to a baby boy Wednesday evening. The Bachelor star and husband Tye Strickland are already parents to Ava Grace, who was born in 2011, and Beckett Thomas, who was born in 2014.
So what did they name their new arrival? Cayson Jack Strickland.

As a less common variation of Cason, Cayson was No. 623 on the baby name chart in 2015. Considered to be a “modern invented name,” Cason is a rhyming variation on the more popular boy names Jason and Mason.
Rycroft, who married Strickland in 2009, was a finalist on the 13th season of The Bachelor and came in third in the eighth season of Dancing with the Stars, recently revealed her laid-back approach to child No. 3.
“I am much more relaxed going in,” she said. “We’re at the very end of this pregnancy, and my friends keep laughing at me because we don’t even have a nursery. I feel so unprepared, but at the same time, having gone through this twice before, I know the things you need with a newborn… I’ve learned the things to not stress about.”

Her relaxed attitude extends to getting back in shape after pregnancy, and after going through three pregnancies, she knows how important it is to take it slowly.
“I have had natural deliveries every time, and so it does take me a little longer to recover,” she explained. “I remember I went to an aerobics class after Beckett, and I thought it was, like, five weeks after, and I was like, ‘I feel good, I should be good!’ Well, we got to jumping jacks, and I just started peeing myself, randomly. I had no clue! I had no control over all that!”
