We’re not the only ones feeling the post-Thanksgiving belly blues. According to their very cute social media posts, old married folks Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel celebrated the holiday with some serious pie action. Yesterday, JT posted a video of himself doing push-ups with son Silas, age 2, chilling on his back. Like he does. Timberlake captioned the video — taken by Biel — “Shaking off those leftovers like… Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!”

Of course, pie is amazing, and for the record, we’re all allowed to eat it without any push-ups required. But hey, exercise is amazing too, so why not incorporate a very cute curly-headed weight while you’re at it? We hope this workout becomes an annual holiday tradition for Timberlake; after all, push-ups carrying the weight of 5- or 10-year-old Silas will be especially effective as well as hilarious.

“No big deal, just torching Thanksgiving meringue — pumpkin meringue — pie,” Biel, filming, said in the family video. “Thanksgiving dad life,” Timberlake quipped.

We can’t stop the feeling: We are kind of crazy about this power-parents couple. Biel and Timberlake celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in October. Timberlake commemorated the occasion with a series of black and white studio pics and video on Instagram. “#TBT to a late night freestyle session on a break in the studio – YES I’ve been back in the studio cooking! But, today is even more special for me because five years ago, on this day, I became the luckiest man in the world when I exchanged vows with my best friend. This song was our first dance. You have taught me so much about what a true love means.
