For fans who are keeping up with Khloé Kardashian’s pregnancy, she just dropped some major news. During a stop on The Ellen DeGeneresShow — her first since officially announcing her pregnancy via a very sexy Instagram post costarring her boyfriend Tristan Thompson — she revealed she already has a name picked out for the baby. And unlike her family’s penchant for unusual baby names, she’s going super-traditional.
In a clip shared by Us Weekly, Kardashian opened up to DeGeneres about her pregnancy. She explained she’s been very uncomfortable in her first trimester — before getting to the topic everyone was waiting for, namely names. When asked about what she plans to name her baby, Kardashian was, as always, happy to share.

“I think if it’s a boy I’ll go with Junior — Tristan Jr.,” she said on the show. “Then for a girl, I don’t know where to begin.” Baby name book publishers: Prepare for a major shift — and a spike in the popularity of old-school naming conventions.
That choice may be surprising coming from someone who is named Khloé and who is aunt to kiddos with names like North, Saint, Dream and Reign. However, fans shouldn’t be surprised the Kardashian sister is bucking the tradition of, well, bucking tradition. None of her sisters kept that K trend going anyway, right?

Kardashian is already six months along; back in September, Us confirmed she’s having a boy. But since she’s apparently also thinking about what to name a daughter, is there surprise news in store? Is she already thinking about having a second baby?
Something Kardashian’s not really thinking about? That would be marriage. Taking things one step at a time, she’s focusing on her baby, not an over-the-top wedding. What a wise Kardashian, this one.
“We’re not in any rush for that. As you know, I’ve rushed quite a few things before,” Kardashian told DeGeneres. “Right now, I’m so loving the place I’m in and very happy with how things are going. We talk about it for sure. What’s meant to be will be.”
