Pink and Carey Hart‘s daughter — Willow, 6 — gave her dad a new look on Friday, March 30. Hart, a former pro motocross racer, shared a pic on Instagram of the aftermath of a haircut from his daughter.

“This is what happens when you ask your daughter for a fade,” Hart captioned the pic. The photo shows an adorably serious Willow holding clippers — and a shorn Hart missing a thick swath of hair right down the center of his head.

We so hope there are more photos to come. And Willow isn’t only a budding hairstylist; she’s also quite the makeup aficionado and is in full-on makeover mode these days. We’ve been loving the pics her parents are sharing on social media. Proud papa Hart posted one of his daughter backstage a few days ago at Pink’s Beautiful Trauma tour’s Cleveland venue with the caption: “Willz doing her make up for mama @pink show tonight in Cleveland. #MyLittleTeenager.”

Pink also shared a video on March 21 of Willow going to town with her glittery (and quite pro-looking) box of cosmetics. The singer captioned the sweet video, “My little girl and her first makeup tutorial,” and added hashtags #backstage #rockstarintraining #likemamalikedaughter.

On night two in Chicago, Pink posted a photo of her with both kids; Willow is, of course, rocking her own style of makeup. Clearly nobody is telling Willow to smile — or be anything other than perfectly, perfectly herself.

“My brain went to, ‘Oh, my God. You are 6. Why? Where is this coming from? Who said this? Can I kick a 6-year-old’s ass?’” Pink told the audience. “Then I said, ‘I really want to know why you feel this way about yourself.’ She said, ‘I look like a boy.’ I said, ‘What do you think I look like?’ She said, ‘Well, you are beautiful.’ I was like, ‘Well, thanks. But when people make fun of me, that’s what they use. They say that I look like a boy or I am too masculine, too many opinions, my body is too strong,’” Pink continued. “And I said to her, ‘Do you see me growing my hair?’ She said, ‘No, Mama.’ I said, ‘Do you see me changing my body?’ ‘No, Mama.’ ‘Do you see me changing the way I present myself to the world?’ ‘No, Mama.’ ‘Do you see me selling out arenas all over the world?’ ‘Yes, Mama.’ That’s right. So, baby girl, we don’t change. We take the gravel and the shell and we make a pearl. We help other people to change so that they can see more kinds of beauty… And you, my darling girl, are beautiful. And I love you.”
This whole family is pretty damn beautiful if you ask us.
