Another day, another reminder that Queen Elizabeth, 92, is more badass than the rest of us. On Wednesday, Her Majesty flew to Kensington Palace from Windsor Castle in a helicopter to meet her youngest great-grandchild, Prince Louis Arthur Charles, aka His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge, born on April 23 to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (who you might also know as Prince William and Kate Middleton).

Photographers near the scene captured images of the queen holding a small bouquet of bright-yellow flowers with a big smile shortly after her arrival. Though chopper rides can sometimes be a bit bumpy, she landed looking polished in a knee-length plaid skirt, a pink blouse and a dark-blue vest. Her hair was perfectly in place thanks to a head scarf. Yes, she put our air travel fashion (which at its best consists of jeans and a sweatshirt) to shame.

It was a big day for little Louis, who also met his grandpa, Prince Charles, and celebrated his big sister Princess Charlotte’s third birthday according to Good Morning America.

Spring has been a busy season for the royal family, who celebrated the William and Kate’s seventh wedding anniversary on April 29 and are now just weeks away from witnessing Prince Harry tie the knot with American-born Meghan Markle.
Though the soon-to-be newlyweds could probably ask Queen Elizabeth to hook them up with her sweet chopper for their post-wedding travel needs, Kensington Palace announced on Wednesday that the couple would instead parade through Windsor Town in a horse-drawn carriage after saying their I do’s.
