Kim Kardashian & the Family Had the ‘Most Magical Pajama Party’ With the Cast of Wicked

Even though the highly anticipated Wicked movie doesn’t come out for another month, the Kardashians got to see a preview screening with its stars Ariana Grande (Glenda) and Cynthia Erivo (Elphaba). Kim Kardashian shared photos of the “magical pajama party,” and it proves the Kardashian-Jenner crew is the definition of “Popular”!

“I just came home. Look what we’re watching tonight,” Kim said on her Instagram story Tuesday night, filming an archway with pink balloons and flowers set up in a doorway with huge Wicked posters. Inside, more pink flowers were stationed along a green carpet, with green and black balloons hanging from the sky in honor of the film’s iconic colors.

“Look what Cynthia and Ariana set up for us, oh my god,” she continued, as she walked toward a huge cut-out display of the film’s characters. “I’ve never been more excited.” There were pink chairs set up at green tables for the event, pink and green drinks, and an advanced screening of the movie. There were also tons of Wicked Barbie dolls and other merch for the kids. “Look at these Barbies of Ariana and Cynthia!” Kim said as she zooms in.

The SKIMS founder also shared a photo of everyone wearing pink or green socks. In a group shot, the adults wore black SKIMS pajamas, and the kids had on custom SKIMS pink pajamas made for the movie. Kardashian held her son Psalm, 5, on one hip as she stood next to daughter North, 11, who posed next to Erivo and Grande. Khloé Kardashian stood on Grande’s other side holding Tatum, 2, and Kylie Jenner leaned in for a hug. Kourtney Kardashian was next, standing next to her daughter, 11-year-old Penelope. Then the Kardashian cousins, Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream, 7, Kim’s daughter Chicago, 6, Khloé’s daughter True, 6, and Kylie’s daughter Stormi, 6, stood in the front in matching pink. The family matriarch Kris Jenner was also pictured in the back of the epic group shot.

“We laughed, we cried (a few times) and we loved it so much! Thank you @arianagrande and @cynthiaerivo for watching @wickedmovie with us tonight 🩷💚 The most magical pajama party ✨,” Kim wrote in pink under the photo. (PEOPLE has screenshots of the story HERE.)

Kris Jenner shared photos from the event on Instagram as well. “Best night ever!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most magical night!” The Kardashians star wrote. “We love you @arianagrande @cynthiaerivo @universalpictures for throwing the most amazing screening of the most incredible and EPIC movie, Wicked, and thank you @KimKardashian for hosting us at your house for this fabulous green carpet. Universal, you set up a truly spectacular experience for our whole family. Everyone buckle your seatbelts you’re in for a special treat when you see this movie! @wickedmovie 🧙‍♀️🔮 💚”

Khloé also shared pictures of the event on her Instagram story, writing that it was “one of the most incredible movies!!!!” They even had dual cakes and popcorn buckets that matched the theme. She shared a picture of Tatum watching the film, writing “Tatum loved every second of @wickedmovie He was thriving!! His first non-cartoon movie. Living the Emerald City life!!”

She also shared the group shot and praised Grande and Erivo for watching with them and “for making us cry, laugh, wonder and crave more!!” “What beautiful magical chemistry,” she added.

Kourtney reshared photos of the event and took a video of the green balloons, writing, “I feel empowered.”

Kylie shared videos of the event on her Instagram story, saying in one, “Oh my goodness, this is insane! Are you kidding me?”

“Cried, laughed, LOVED!!!!” she wrote over another picture.
