Vanessa Hudgens has been in new mom bliss throughout 2024, and the usual Queen of selfies has taken a step back from that. In fact, the number of selfies she posts has gone down significantly as a new mom, and she gave herself a new nickname because of it.
On Nov 4, the High School Musical alum shared a series of stunning selfies to her Instagram with the caption reading, “Miss rarely takes pics any more ✌🏽.”
In the post, we see four stunning selfies from her, starting with one of her in an oversized jersey, followed by one of her giving the camera a kissy face, looking so radiant and happy. Then, a bare-faced night selfie of her in an oversized sweater and a glass of red wine, followed by a pic of her looking so cute in pigtails, rocking rosy makeup.
Now, of course, Hudgens looked stunning in every selfie, but we love the nickname she gave herself because, hey, it happens! As a first-time mom, she’s completely focused on her newborn son, and the usual selfie time has gone down drastically; we just love any and all updates we get from her!
And this isn’t the first time she’s talked about her lack of selfies since welcoming her son.
On Aug 31, Hudgens shared a super-rare photo to her Instagram. She shared the stunning selfie with the caption reading, “Once in a blue moon- she takes a selfie. Happy Friyayyy.”
For those who don’t know, Hudgens started dating Cole Tucker in 2021, and in Dec 2023, they got married after a nine-month engagement.
In March 2024, Hudgens announced to everyone that they were expecting their first child together (and she announced it in an iconic way: showing off her baby bump on the 2024 Oscars red carpet). Fast forward to July 2024, and they welcomed their first child together!
