Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell‘s daughter Grace Warrior seemingly has the cutest tradition: dressing up as her favorite Disney characters to feed different animals at the Australia Zoo. Earlier this month, she dressed up as Minnie Mouse to play with koalas, and now, she’s dressing up as Minnie Mouse again to interact with this animal at the zoo; and the photos are too cute to miss!
On Dec 7, Powell shared an adorable photo of his and Bindi’s daughter Grace. He shared the photo to their Instagrams with the caption reading, “Minnie Mouse feeding our gorgeous @australiazoo kangaroos. That smile!! Love our girl so much. 🦘”
In the darling photo, we see Grace channeling her inner Minnie Mouse with the iconic Disney ears, her pink dress and trainers. And oh yeah, she’s feeding the kangaroos at the zoo! Isn’t this so dang sweet?!
And yes, this is the second time she’s interacted with the animals as Minnie Mouse. On Nov 29, Powell posted a pic of him and Grace as Minnie, petting the koalas! He posted the photo with the caption reading, “Koala joey time @australiazoo with Minnie Mouse is the best!! 🐨”
For those who don’t know, Bindi and her husband Powell welcomed their daughter Grace Warrior, 3, on March 25, 2021, which was exactly one year after their intimate wedding ceremony at the Australia Zoo.
In a previous interview with SheKnows, Bindi talked about how she thinks playtime with her daughter is one of the most important things to do. “Those moments of connection with play I still draw upon as an adult, and I think that’s really, really special. [P]laytime is so important because it gives kids the opportunity to have those building blocks for the foundation for the rest of their life.”
She added, “You play and you’re building confidence, you’re expanding on your knowledge, and discovering the magic of the world around you.”
