Bindi Irwin’s Daughter Grace Is ‘Pure Magic’ Dancing With Fireflies in an Enchanting New Video

In a place as full of wonder as the Australia Zoo, is it any surprise that it’s even more magical at nighttime? Living at the zoo has its perks — like experiencing the beautiful place after dark — and Bindi Irwin’s daughter Grace Warrior discovered a spot of “pure magic” in a new video. The 3-year-old is a little beauty, like the late Steve Irwin would say!

Bindi’s mom Terri Irwin shared a video of Grace on Instagram this week, fittingly set to “Dancing in the Moonlight” by Toploader. A light was set up in a field in the pitch black (the moon just wasn’t bright enough on this night), which illuminates Grace as she dances in the grass. As she frolics and plays with a small flashlight in hand, hundreds of tiny glowing fireflies surround her like little playful fairies. It’s an enchanting scene straight from a fairytale.

“Grace dancing is pure magic. 💕” Terri captioned the cute video. Bindi commented, “This moment ❤️.”

“She looks so angelic and ethereal 😍,” someone else commented. We couldn’t agree more!

It seems like finding magical moments in the everyday is a family tradition. In an interview with Entertainment Tonightin May, Bindi revealed that she used to love “looking for fairies” with her dad, the Crocodile Hunter, who died in 2006.

“Looking back now — I don’t want to take away from the magic — but he may have had a certain watch that perfectly reflected the sunlight and made the magic come to life and it was really special because I would look for fairies and I would name them,” Bindi recalled. “Dad made sure the magic was alive.”

And just like her “Grandpa Crocodile” and her mom before her, Grace also loves searching for magic. “Grace finds everything extraordinary, and I think that’s so special,” Bindi added.
