Beyonce and Jay-Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, is turning into a mini fashion icon like her mama, and in 2025, she’s ignoring all the style nay-sayers. Back in Dec 2024, the internet was super-split on Blue’s strapless, metallic Christian Siriano ballgown that she donned at the Mufasa: The Lion King premiere. Many said the look was too mature for her and criticized her fashion choices. So you know what she did for the 2025 Grammys? She clapped back with another stunning strapless gown.
In case you missed it, Blue accompanied her mother Beyonce to the 2025 Grammys, looking like a princess in a strapless, corseted blue ballgown from Naeem Khan. You can see the photos below:
The 13-year-old truly looked like a princess during music’s biggest night! She donned the stunner of a gown, along with diamonds all over, a blue and white manicure, and her iconic braided hair. Once again, she’s showing off her elegant, luxurious fashion sense, and shut those trolls up!
For those who don’t know, Beyonce and Jay-Z first met in 2000 but didn’t start dating til a few years later. They married in 2008 in a private ceremony on April 4, 2008, in New York City.
Later, they welcomed three children together. They welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter back in Jan 2012, then welcomed twins Sir and Rumi on June 2017.
From these red carpet moments to her on-theme ensemble from Sabrina Carpenter’s “Short ‘n’ Sweet” tour, Blue Ivy has shown time and time again that she’s an artistic soul.
In a previous interview with GQ, Beyonce actually told fans early on how gifted her little “artist” Blue Ivy is.
“Blue is an artist,” she said. “She has great taste in music and fashion. She is a fantastic editor, painter, and actress. She has been creating characters since she was three. She’s a natural, but I did not want Blue onstage. Blue wanted it for herself. She took it seriously, and she earned it. And most importantly, she had fun! We all watched her grow more and more every night before our eyes.”
These celebrity parents are raising strong, resilient daughters.
