Brendan Fraser Made a Super-Rare Appearance to Support His Son Holden’s Blossoming Modeling Career

Brendan Fraser may be a beloved, Oscar-winning icon, but he’s quite private still. However, when it comes to his sons, he’ll always make the trip out. In fact, his middle child, Holden, has been making waves in the modeling world, and no one is prouder than his papa!

In case you missed it, Fraser sat front row at the Todd Snyder fall/winter 2025 show to support Holden, who was walking the runway. And trust us, he was such a proud dad! The outlet @i_D shared a video of Fraser at the show. They shared it to Instagram with the caption reading, “The only review that matters! Brendan Fraser at @toddsnyderny where Fraser’s son @holden__fraser walked for the show.”

Not only do we love seeing him react to all the clothes, but when Holden comes out, he goes into full papa mode! In fact, when Holden comes out, Brendan can’t contain his excitement as he sees his son walk the runway. He excitedly records his son every time he hits the runway, joy radiating off of him.

We love a proud dad moment!

For those who don’t know, Fraser and his ex-wife, Afton Smith, were married from 1998 to 2009. During that time, they welcomed three sons named Griffin Arthur, born in Sept 2002, Holden Fletcher, born in Aug 2004, and Leland Francis, born in May 2006.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Fraser shared how fatherhood has impacted his decisions.

“I have kids now, and that really warrants how I make decisions, what I’m going to do — and, whatever it is that I’m doing, how I feel about what I’m doing. Somehow stakes get raised to such a point that something that may seem garden variety or ‘normal’ takes on much more gravity,” he said. “I spent the first, I don’t know, 25 years of my career or so making films that I generated all the hope and aspiration and joy from what I believed to be coming from a character or a screenplay, and then some alchemy happens when you have kids and suddenly everything clicks. It somehow raises the stakes and somehow, for me at least, increases the authenticity of what we do.”

These celebrities overcame their childhood trauma to be better parents to their own children.
