Kelly Clarkson’s Career Update May Change Where Her Kids River & Remington Live

In case you missed it, Kelly Clarkson will have her concert residency soon, and it seems it’ll relocate her and her kids for quite some time.

On Feb 6, Clarkson revealed she will be playing numerous shows throughout the year in Las Vegas. She posted the update to Instagram with the caption reading, “I’m so excited to be back in Vegas! We’re bringing the studio to the stage this time with “Studio Sessions”! See you soon! Be sure to sign up for fan club emails on my website, they could contain fun things! Link in bio.”

As you can see, she will be performing in a Studio Sessions: The Las Vegas Residency, from July 4 to Aug 16, and then again from Nov 7 to Nov 15. She will be performing at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and Hello Magazine claims that her children, River and Remington, may be relocating with her during her summer residency, living from NYC to Sin City!

For those who don’t know, Clarkson shares two children with her ex-husband Blackstock: a daughter named River Rose, born in June 2014, and a son named Remington “Remy” Alexander, born in April 2016.

In a previous interview with Redbook, Clarkson talked about the mom guilt she has.

“If you’re a mom, you want to be with your kid every day. You don’t want to miss a moment, you want her to need you and want you and not want somebody else,” she said, talking about how she wants her kids “to see that a woman is capable of kicking ass while also being a kickass mom. I’m not gonna BS you, that’s hard.”

She added, “There are days where I cry and I’m like, ‘I don’t know if I can handle all this!’ or get it all done. But at the end of the day, 99 percent of the time, it’s awesome and it’s worth it, and that’s what I say to myself.”
