Christmas is fast approaching (20 days, but who’s counting?), and in typical Chrissy Teigen fashion, the model is going to figure out how to handle the whole Santa thing as she goes along. After all, planning is so overrated, and it would make Teigen’s social media feed way less entertaining.

During Halloween season, Luna was present on set while her parents filmed their holiday special, A Legendary Christmas. Luna was understandably confused that she was trick-or-treating as her parents filmed a wintery celebration. But don’t feel too sorry for her — she got to go trick-or-treating under the coolest circumstances.
“[Luna] did trick-or-treating at Universal Studios to celebrity trailers,” Teigen told the audience. “She had no idea what was happening. She still asks for Halloween. It was so weird. Honestly, [she was] probably very lucky to do that.”

As Christmas approaches, Teigen said she and husband John Legend are working to establish holiday traditions as Luna gets older — but they still haven’t decided whether believing in Santa will be part of those traditions.
“She’s just learning about Santa,” Teigen shared. “I didn’t even know if I wanted her to believe in Santa.… I had no idea which way I wanted to go with it. John and I are just like, ‘I don’t know, we’ll figure it out when she asks, I guess.'”
