Keke Palmer’s Latest Photo of Baby Leodis Has Fans Convinced He Looks Like His Dad

It takes two sets of DNA to make a baby, so in theory, the infant should look like a mix of both parents. But in reality, many babies will look just like one of their parents (if you’ve ever seen Chrissy Teigen and her four mini John Legends, you’ll know exactly what we mean). Keke Palmer just shared a new photo with her 7-month-old baby Leodis “Leo,” who she shares with Darius Jackson, and fans are convinced he got all of his dad’s genes.

“Me and my boy 🫶🏾,” the Big Boss star captioned a new photo on X, formerly Twitter. Palmer is all glammed up for the sweet snap, dressed in a black turtleneck with a matching belt. She’s accessorized with a gold belt buckle, gold hoop earrings, and gold rings on her fingers. She makes a kissy face to the camera and holds baby Leo on her left hip. He’s dressed in a white-and-tan striped shirt, and stares at something off camera for the snap. With his short curly brown hair and big brown eyes, he’s adorable — but most people think he looks nothing like his mom.

“Genes didn’t even try,” one person commented. Another wrote, “What were your genes doing when this baby was being made? Naaah…he won this one 😅😅.”

“Looking just like his daddy ❤️,” someone else said.

This isn’t the first time fans pointed out how much Leo looks like his dad. The Nope star shared a photo of her baby in July, letting everyone know she thought her baby was her twin.

“THE LIES END TODAY!!” Palmer wrote. “I’m done! This seals it all, we not the same complexion but the FEATURES ARE THEREEEEEEE. I rest my case! My baby is my twin now stop being colorstruck and get into the actual face 🤣🤣🤣🤣”

Most people didn’t agree. “Keke baby he got ya lips but u gon have to sit this one out like ya genes did,” one commenter hilariously pointed out.

Baby Leo might look like his dad, but hopefully he’ll take after his mom in other ways. She’s hoping the little one will learn to “use his privilege for good.”

“I mean, that’s the whole point, right? We all continue to grow, each generation, we try to provide our children and the next generation with something more than what we had,” Palmer told Entertainment Tonightin September.

“So he’s definitely gonna have more than what I had growing up,” she continued. “I want him to take that and use it to benefit others. Because I think that’s the point, you know? Why else are we here?”
