Okay, remember last week when Drew Scott and Linda Phan revealed their son Parker’s intense love for the drums? Well, their new update shows he may be better suited for guitar (and the reason may be the most adorable thing we’ve seen today).
On Nov 18, the It Takes Two co-author shared a series of photos of his, Phan, and Parker’s latest musical escapade. He shared the photos to his Instagram page with the caption reading, “He’s more of a guitarist than drummer.”
In the photos, we see Parker in a little blue jeans and a minimalist white shirt, trying to burrow himself into the drum set. And in the second photo, he’s more or less succeeded and had to have his father help him out.
Hey, he may be doing something different with the drums! We can dig it. Whether it be uniquely playing the drums like this or playing guitar like the other men in his family, Parker definitely has the musical bug.
For those who don’t know, proud parents Scott and Phan met at a Toronto Fashion Week event in 2010, hitting it off soon after and marrying in 2018. After over a decade together, Scott and Phan welcomed their son Parker James in May 2022.
In a recent interview on The TODAY Show With Hoda & Jenna, Drew revealed how Parker is doing (and how he’s already his papa’s mini-me)!
“Parker is amazing. He’s a sweetheart. He’s now walking. Running. So I’m getting my steps in chasing him down,” he laughed. “He copies everything. So if I’m like ‘ugh,’ then you just hear a little, ‘ugh.’” Our hearts!
