Elon Musk Takes Rarely-Seen Son X Æ A-Xii on Public Outing Months After Grimes’ Parental Rights Filing

Amid his seemingly unresolved custody battle with Grimes, Elon Musk took their eldest child on a very rare public outing.

On Saturday, the Tesla CEO and 3-year-old X Æ A-Xii (pronounced X Ash Archangel Twelve) enjoyed a father-son bonding day involving a quintessentially American pastime: college football. Musk and the tot traveled to Foxboro, Massachusetts for the Army-Navy football game, and they both appeared to have a good time.

The X owner was photographed with his toddler atop his shoulders at one point, and the duo posed for a photo with the Army mascot on the football field. Musk smiled jovially while X Æ A-Xii looked off to the side with an interested expression — clearly distracted by the rambunctiousness of college game day!

The little boy was dressed in jeans, a green and black flannel, and Converse sneakers. His blond hair was gelled into a faux-hawk, which was exactly as cute as it sounds. See the photo HERE.

Musk’s rare appearance with his and Grimes‘ son comes just a few months after the singer’s legal filing for parental rights of their three children (daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 23 months, and son Techno Mechanicus in addition to X Æ A-Xii). The petition was filed in October, and Musk doesn’t seem to have formally responded as of this writing. In fact, Grimes claimed in November that her ex had evaded multiple attempts to be served custody papers. Awfully bold of the billionaire to parade their child while thwarting the mom of three, but billionaires are awfully emboldened, after all.

In addition to his children with Grimes, the business mogul shares 2-year-old twins with Shivon Zilis and five grown kids with his first wife, Justine Wilson.
