Zoe Saldaña is making us feel all of the emotions this holiday season as she divulged what her favorite gift is from her sons, and truly, this family is so beautifully artistic.
On Dec 17, the Guardians of the Galaxy star shared a series of photos and insights into a few of her “favorite things” during the holiday season. She shared the post with the caption reading, “In the spirit of Christmas. These are a few of my favorite things….” (And while we love all the insight she gave, we’re especially tearing up over the second slide.)
In partnership with Z.d.G, she spoke about her favorite causes, holiday table, holiday traditions, and of course: her favorite gift from her children. Any guesses about the ultra-sweet thing Saldaña’s sons give to her? They give her heartfelt letters!
When asked about her favorite gift from them, she said: “They’re hugs and kisses, and lately, they’re into writing really deep and beautiful letters. I’ve saved each and every one of them and read them to myself quite often. They always ask me not to cry when I first received them. LOL.”
Saldaña and artist Marco Perego started dating in March 2013, marrying only three months later in London. They share three sons together: twin boys Cy and Bowie, 8, and Zen, 6.
In a recent interview with SheKnows for the 2023 Holiday Issue, Saldaña divulged that she hopes her kids will always spend him with their parents around the holidays.
“I want to interact with my kids for as long as possible,” she said. “I want my kids to be the kind of men that fall in love with really great people. And when that great person says, ‘Let’s go to my place for the holidays,’ I want my sons to kind of go, ‘I hear you. And I know it’s gonna be beautiful. And maybe next year, we can do that. But I really, really look forward to spending the holidays with my parents.'”
