Keke Palmer Says Her Son Is the Real Boss & Proves It With Hilariously Sassy Photos: ‘Whatever He Says Goes’

Keke Palmer may be known as the Big Boss, but she’s letting the world know her son is the one who really runs the show.

On Monday, the entertainment multi-hyphenate shared a carousel of photos from a holiday-themed shoot with her 10-month-old son Leodis. The stunning shots show Palmer and her baby dressed in elegant formalwear, posing amid a simple yet luxurious Christmastime set.

In the first photo, the Nope star looked stunning while smiling in a strapless black gown with a corset bodice and pleated detailing. Little Leodis looked adorable in a pair of black trousers, a white dress shirt, a tartan bowtie, and patent black dress shoes.

While the first shot is classically beautiful, the second is absolutely hilarious. Palmer is holding her son next to a Christmas tree, and the pair are looking at each other with the heaviest side-eyed mean mug we’ve ever seen. The actress captioned her Instagram post, “Happy Holidays! From my family, to yours 🫶🏾.” She funnily added, “He wouldn’t let me tuck his shirt in. And whatever he says goes 🙄🥹”

Fans got a kick out of the sassy photo, with one of Palmer’s followers commenting, “Why y’all mugging each other in the 2nd slide lol.” Another joked, “Not y’all side eyeing each other like this 😂 like we done walked in on a family moment 😂.” And our personal favorite was a fan writing “Bombastic side eye” in reference to the popular TikTok audio clip — it’s the perfect narration for the hysterical photo.

Though her relationship with Leodis’ father came to an ugly end, Palmer has no regrets where her son is concerned. In November, the singer shared a heartfelt tribute to the infant, writing on Instagram, “Leo!!! You bring me so much joy my son!! Mommy waited so long for you and you were certainly worth the wait.”

Palmer continued, “I can’t wait until you’re older and we can go to the movies together, camp, improv, binge tv shows, cook and all the other endless things I dream of doing with you. I have experienced so many things before and after your birth, which is why I can say undoubtably that your love has made me unstoppable.” The former child star concluded, “Nothing can beat me because I have you by my side. You are the love of my life .. 🙏🏾”
