North West has her lemonade stand, but Chrissy Teigen’s daughter Luna has her own unique way of making money — and we are so here for it! The Cravings author revealed the impressive way her 7-year-old daughter rakes in the cash in a new interview on theJennifer Hudson Show, and it’s so cute.
“Luna is just like the mother of us all,” Teigen told host Jennifer Hudson about her eldest daughter, who she shares with husband John Legend. “I mean, she takes care of me when I’m sick…she brings me ice packs if I have a headache. She loves being a nurse.”
So sweet, right? But it’s not all done out of the kindness of her heart… Luna does one thing in particular as a way to gain a little extra spending money. “She gives foot massages for cash now,” Teigen said with a laugh.
Money Maker
“Oh, she knows how to make some money!” Hudson replied.
Man, I would love if my kids could give me some foot massages, or even a shoulder rub! That would be worth spending a little cash if I could get that at the end of a long day. (You know, one that doesn’t feel like a half-hearted tickle or something.) Teigen doesn’t know how lucky she has it — especially because Luna is apparently pretty skilled at foot massages, too.
Hudson asked if Luna was “good” at foot massages, and Teigen responded, “She really is, and she enjoys doing it.” That’s a mom win!
Teigen continued, “She’s obsessed with her piggy bank that she just got from her Grandpa. It’s like a little ATM machine. So she just loads that money in, and she is happy.”
“OK,” Hudson said. “She’s a money maker, I’m not mad at that!”
Girl Scout Cookies
How adorable! Luna definitely has an entrepreneurial spirit. She recently made a video on her mom’s Instagram account to sell cookies to her mom’s followers. “Hey guys, it’s Luna! I’m a Girl Scout Brownie and guess what? It’s cookie season! So if you wanna buy cookies, you’re in the right place,” she said in an adorable video.
Earlier this week, Teigen shared several photos of Luna hard at work hosting a cookie party and organizing boxes of cookies that came through. “momming hard,” she captioned the post. Because even if your child is independent, they are still going to need a lot of help!
The Chrissy & Dave Dine Out star is also mom to Miles, 5, Esti, 1, and Wren, 7 months. During her appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show, she gave an update about all of her little ones.
The Babies
“Everyone goes, ‘How are the babies?’” Teigen said. “And I go, ‘There’s a lot of them!’”
“It’s so good, it’s chaotic, it’s crazy,” she continued. “The two big ones, Luna and Miles, are keeping us so busy with sports and arts and piano and figure skating and tennis and Girl Scouts. And there’s so many things that they do every day and they never get tired. The babies are actually kind of the easier part right now.” And that’s saying something!
Teigen may be one busy mom — but at least she can get foot massages for a small cash fee whenever she wants!
