When we tuned into the 2024 Screen Actor Guild Awards, better known as the SAG Awards, we were excited to see all the red carpet looks, the touching speeches, and more. But what we didn’t expect to see was two of our favorite A-listers revealing they’re in the same parenting group together!
In case you missed it, Bradley Cooper crashed Jessica Chastain’s interview with Elaine Welteroth for the pre-show and when Cooper and Chastain were reunited, Chastain dropped the bombshell: “We’re in the same kids group.”
“We sure are, for many years now,” Cooper added, with Chastain clarifying, saying, “We have, like, a PTA.”
Can you imagine how cool that PTA must be?! Who are the other stars in it? Are their daughter’s friends? The two stars barely said anything about the subject, but fans are dying to know more. (But, we did get Cooper revealing how supportive Chastain has been over the years, with him quipping: “She’s been so supportive for years!”)
For those who don’t know, Cooper shares one daughter named Lea de Seine, born in March 2017, with his ex Irina Shayk. Chastain has two children with her husband, Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo: a daughter named Giulietta Passi Chastain, born in late 2018, and a son named Augustus Passi, born sometime in 2022.
While their daughters have a year difference from each other, parenting groups don’t separate it all by every year of age, just by what stage their kiddos are in, and we love that Chastain and Cooper have each other’s backs when navigating their growing daughters. (And we love this meetup at the SAG Awards!)
