Kaley Cuoco’s Baby Tildy Squeals in Delight When She Sees Her Dad Tom Pelphrey in a Joyful New Video

Coming home from work to an enthusiastic greeting from your kids is one of the highlights of parenthood. There’s nothing better than big hugs from little ones who missed you all day! Kaley Cuoco recently captured one of these special moments when her daughter Matilda “Tildy” reacted to her dad Tom Pelphrey getting home, and it proves she’s already the biggest daddy’s girl.

Excited Reaction

“We ♥️when dada gets home 🥹,” The Big Bang Theory alum captioned a video on her Instagram story on Monday. (PEOPLE has screenshots HERE.)

The video shows the 10-month-old and her dad in the living room. She runs past the Love & Death star in her baby walker, squealing with delight (and so much energy!) as she goes. Pelphrey laughs and points at his daughter, before clapping. She mimics him by clapping right back and moving back toward him.

Later, she chases her dad around the kitchen island, as Cuoco laughs behind the camera. It’s such a sweet father-daughter moment!

Daddy’s Girl

Whenever he walks in the room, she only wants to be with him. She is a total daddy’s girl,” Cuoco told PEOPLE about her “fantastic” and “incredible” partner Pelphrey during the Role Play premiere last month. Her boyfriend stayed home with their little girl, while Cuoco walked the red carpet. “He loves her more than anything in the world,” she gushed.

She added, “I never had more laughs than I do in our house with this baby. And I used to feel like I got a lotta laughs, but now with her, I am her 24/7 clown entertainment, and I love nothing more.”

Fatherhood Came ‘Natural’

Pelphrey hasn’t been shy about his girlfriend’s parenting skills either. “Oh God, it’s so cool. She is so good at [being a mom],” he told Access Hollywoodin April 2023. “You know, it’s like all the qualities that I love Kaley about times 100. She’s so funny and she’s so nurturing and easy and playful and loving…I mean, so loving. You know, it’s beautiful.”

He admitted that on a scale of 1-10, he was already wrapped around his daughter’s finger by “eleven.” Pelphrey added, “I was surprised how natural [being a dad] felt. Like being around my nieces and other babies in my family was always a little bit, like, scared to hold them, scared to touch them, didn’t want to break them … As soon as they handed me Matilda, I felt comfortable holding her, I felt comfortable moving her around and changing her and that was a surprise.”

Almost a year later, and nothing has changed!

These celebrity dads have the sweetest bonds with their daughters.
