Until further notice, the world is more or less in the dark on Kate Middleton’s recovery, and the condition that made her go into her abdominal surgery. And close insiders to her and Prince William claim that even their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, are in the dark about their mother’s condition.
While palace insiders have talked about how the three children have been trying to help their mom at home in any way they can, William is seemingly protecting them from what may actually be going on.
“Of course, they are concerned because she’s so frail, but they have no clue about the severity of their mother’s condition,” they claimed to InTouch. “William keeps it vague and promises them that everything will be back to normal soon. But managing their fears has been the most heartbreaking part of this ordeal.”
Dealing with this situation, of telling your kids the truth or keeping them in the dark, is a tricky subject. And considering they’re all under ten years old, it must be a stressful time. We just hope the family is dealing with everything the best that they can.
For those who don’t know, William and Kate have been together since 2003. After marrying in 2011, they later welcomed three children named George, 9, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5.
And according to numerous outlets, they’ve been treating their mama like a Queen as she’s on bedrest (which is just so beyond adorable)!
