Zac Efron’s Latest Video Has Fans Begging Him To Become a Dad

If you have ovaries, you’re going to want to prepare them for what’s to come. Zac Efron shared a video on Instagram yesterday that has fans swooning.

ICYMI: The High School Musicalstar has three siblings — a 32-year-old brother, Dylan, and two young half-siblings, Olivia and Henry. Zac, Dylan, and Olivia (4) spent the day at the beach, and the content is too cute to handle. In the first clip, Zac stands in the water, holds Olivia on his hip, and kisses her temple repeatedly while she screams, “Uh-oh! Wave!” The video then cuts to clips of Olivia’s proud big brothers taking her by the hands and lifting her high above the waves — much to the little girl’s delight.

“First day of spring ☀️,” Zac captioned the video.

Fans were going nuts over this video (guilty!) and ran to the comments begging Efron to become a dad. “Someone make this man a father 🔥🥵,” said the top comment with more than 15 thousand likes and nearly 300 replies, most of which were fans selflessly volunteering to help him earn that title.

The [appropriately] thirsty comments just continued from there:

“I’ve never been jealous of a child before …” “Ask me how many times I’ve watched this: yes 🙃🥲.” “If I had ovaries, they would’ve just exploded.” “I CAN TELL HES GOING TO BE A GOOD DAD xxx.” “Oh I feel unsafe in the water, I think I would need your help 😬🥹.”

“Hard to beat a day like this,” Dylan commented on his brother’s video. The actor posted a similar video of his own with the caption, “‘it was a perfect day’ – Olivia” And yes, followers were just as obsessed with his insight into the “perfect day.”

Zac has gotten candid in the past about his desire to start a family. “I think I’d love to have kids one day,” he told E! News earlier this month. The declaration comes two years after telling Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show that playing a dad in Firestarter was a “healthy dose” to put him off of becoming a dad for “as long as necessary.”

“I have a little bit more growing to do, probably,” he said. “I don’t know. Not yet.”

While we don’t know what made him change his tune, we have to imagine spending so much time with Olivia and Henry has played a role. So who knows, with so many willing fans in Zac’s comments, maybe the kiddos will have a niece or nephew soon.
