While Anna Paquin has been in the public eye virtually her whole life, that doesn’t mean her kids will, either. Paquin has grown quite private in adulthood, despite being quite private in childhood as well, and when it comes to her married life with Stephen Moyer, she’s keeping everything private. While fans have seen her grow up for decades, fans don’t really know anything about her twins, and that’s how she likes it!
In a super-rare interview, she divulged that she will ensure her children won’t have their lives fully documented.
“Luckily, it’s not a thing with them yet,” Paquin said to People about protecting her kids’ privacy. “They’re only 11. But I think it’s important to keep them as protected as possible and for them to get to be young without having every single moment of their lives documented.”
Now, this isn’t the first time she’s echoed this sentiment. Back in 2018, she told Today that she and Moyer had talked about how they wouldn’t post anything of their kids.
“Everyone chooses what works for their family. There are aspects of one’s private life that are fun and cute and not too revealing. I’ve always been very private,” she said, adding that people “won’t find any pictures of my children.”
For those who don’t know, Paquin and Moyer met on the set of True Blood, and got engaged in 2009. They married a year later and welcomed twins twins named Charlie and Poppy, born in Sept 2012.
