It’s been one wild year for Kaley Cuoco and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, as their little girl Matilda “Tildy” Carmine just turned 1! The Big Bang Theory alum shared a sweet photo montage of her baby girl to celebrate the occasion, and be prepared: the tears will be flowing after this.
“🩷Matilda🩷 you are 1! Best year of our lives … you are a gift from above and have brought the deepest perfect joy to our entire family!” Cuoco wrote on Instagram on Saturday.
She shared a video of precious moments over the last year, set to “Growin’ Up Raising You” by Gabby Barrett. There’s a black-and-white hospital snap of new mom Cuoco gazing down at her baby girl, skin-to-skin bonding with Pelphrey and Tildy, family photos, Tildy eating solid food, Tildy’s cute outfits, and so many silly faces. How could she have grown up so fast? Parenthood really does go by in a blink of an eye.
Cuoco shared more heart-warming sentiments in her caption. “Dada and I love you more than we could possibly ever explain,” the Role Play star said. “I cannot wait to see who you become, but for now, please stay my precious 1 year old forever. 🩷🩷 @tommypelphrey thank you for being the best daddy (besides my own) the world has ever seen. She’s perfect.🩷”

As if that wasn’t sweet enough, the Love & Death star shared his own birthday post to his daughter on Instagram.
“Happy First Birthday my angel,” he wrote in the caption. “You’ve turned the upside down and the inside out and my heart grew a hundred sizes and left my body for good. ♥️💫🙏” Aww!
He shared several photos of his daughter, including one family selfie posing in front of a green character at an amusement park, a picture of Tildy posing next to angel wings painted on a wall, and a gorgeous selfie of Tildy smiling in her mom’s arms as her dad kisses her on the cheek. Aww! This family is so cute it’s ridiculous.
In an interview with USA Todayin January, Cuoco called the first year of motherhood “survival.” One way she’s coped is by watching TV with her daughter.
“Some people are going to hate on me for that. Don’t care,” The Flight Attendant star told the outlet. “My daughter’s seen every Disney movie that there is at this point, and she loves it!”
She added, “It’s actually been cool to go back and watch some of these Disney movies. Some of them are so new that I’ve never even seen them. So I’m experiencing this whole thing with her.”
