Kaley Cuoco’s Baby Matilda’s First Words Show She’s Just Like Her Mom

Being an animal lover must run in the family if Kaley Cuoco’s daughter Matilda “Tildy” Carmine is any indication. The Big Bang Theory alum revealed her 1-year-old’s first words, and it proves the toddler is just like her mom.

At the NBC USG Emmy Kick-Off Luncheon, Cuoco told E! Newsyesterday that her daughter’s been talking. Her first words were “’Mama,’ ‘Dada,’ and ‘dog.’” Cuoco, noted animal lover who has owned tons of dogs, horses, and other animals over the years, was understandably thrilled about “dog” being one of Tildy’s first words. “[Tildy saying ‘dog’] made me very happy,” Cuoco gushed.

Back in October, The Flight Attendant star told Entertainment Tonightthat her daughter “is obsessed” with the family’s dogs. “What a beautiful thing to raise a kid — she’s only six months — surrounded by animals 24/7,” Cuoco told the outlet. “She’s in her walker now. She doesn’t walk, she doesn’t even crawl, but she miraculously is in her walker, like, running around the house, so we laugh. We’re like, ‘Look out, everybody. You’re gonna lose a tail.’”

She added, “But they love her, they kiss her. I mean, from week two, they were kissing her on the mouth. I was like, ‘Is this OK?’ And our pediatrician was like, ‘It’s totally fine.’ They’re kind of being raised together and it’s so beautiful and very natural, you know?”

Cuoco, who shares Tildy with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, also shared how the couple has been taking turns caring for their daughter while they both work on new projects. (Pelphrey has been shooting an HBO drama series as well as TV series Outer Range and A Man in Full, while Cuoco is working on her Harley Quinn TV series and filming the second season of Based on a True Story.)

“I’ve actually been in Philadelphia the last few months while Tom’s been shooting,” the mom of 1 told E! News in the interview on Wednesday. “So now I get to come back and go to work and yeah, we just kind of trade off and our daughter is so happy. And so that’s all that matters. She added, “I’m excited for her to come to set for a few days and be with mom at work.”

… Where she’ll no doubt learn even more cool new words, just like her mama!

These celeb families wouldn’t be complete without their furry friends.
