A Throwback of Patrick Mahomes for Mother’s Day Has a Wildly Similar Vibe to His Current Photos

If there’s one thing the Mahomes family taught us yesterday, it’s that all holiday family photos — at least within the First Family of Football — are ultimately the same. Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, posted a throwback photo for Mother’s Day. In the sweet shot, mom Randi Mahomes holds Jackson on her hip and Patrick stands in front of them, his hands in his pockets. The cutest thing about it is that the boys are wearing the same blue and yellow striped polo and white shorts.

“Happy Mother’s Day! 🖤,” Jackson captioned the throwback.

The wild thing is that probably close to two decades later, Randi’s daughter-in-law Brittany Mahomes also went for a twinning vibe on Mother’s Day! In the photos with her hubby and kids Sterling Mahomes, 3 and Bronze Mahomes, 1, the guys and the gals have similar looks. Brittany and “Ster Girl” each have white floral sundresses with the same pattern but different cuts. Meanwhile, Patrick and his sports-obsessed son are both wearing brown T-shirts and white bottoms.

What the posts didn’t have in common was the kids’ facial expressions. Somehow, Brittany managed to get five photos where her cuties are looking at the camera (Teach us your ways!). Meanwhile, Jackson and Patrick are distractedly looking to their right.

Patrick made his own post for his wife, with a photo where Brittany and their kiddos are — you guessed it — twinning! It’s from a recent family photoshoot where they each donned white tops and denim bottoms.

“🤍 Happy Mothers Day! 🤍” he wrote. Even the emojis matched the look!
