Drew Scott’s Son Parker Accidentally ‘Butt Dials’ His Dad & His Reaction Is Too Funny

Do you remember when we all used to carry our cell phones in our back pockets, leading to inevitably calling people when we sat down and accidentally pressed a button? (Yes, kids, that’s really how “butt dialing” got its name.) But Drew Scott’s son Parker, 2, has brought a new meaning to butt dials, and the HGTV star just shared the cutest new picture of the moment.

“My daily butt dial from Parker 🤣” the Property Brothers jokingly captioned a photo on Instagram. The picture is a screenshot from a FaceTime call, with Parker wearing blue shark pajamas and leaning over the side of the couch to give the camera a clear view of his cute little tushy. Scott looks on from a tiny window on the top right, scrunching his eyebrows and giving a bewildered smile to the camera. He literally got butt dialed from Parker, and it’s too cute.

The Backed by the Bros star shares Parker and newborn daughter Piper with wife Linda Phan. He often posts funny parenting moments with his son, and now he’s learning more about what it’ll be like to be a girl dad, too. Like last week, when he shared a selfie of himself with a pink flower scrunchie sitting on top of his short brown hair.

“Perfecting my scrunchy technique for Piper! Not quite there yet. #GirlDad,” he joked in the caption. Don’t worry, Drew! You’ll get to start with little headbands and bow clips first, which are much easier.  

Last month, Scott’s twin brother Jonathan gave an update about his new niece while hosting the Daytime Emmy Awards with fiancé Zooey Deschanel. “They’re back home. They’re resting,” he told Entertainment Tonightabout the family of four.

“With Parker, we got pretty good, you know, nephew vibes,” Jonathan said. But Deschanel joked that it’s “TBD, TBD” about how they feel about Piper. “Cute, but we’ll see,” she quipped.

Her kids, on the other hand, are over the moon for their new baby cousin. The New Girl alum, who shares kids Elsie, 8, and Charlie, 7, with ex Jacob Pechenik met the baby girl already. “They love babies, so they’re excited,” she told the outlet.

It won’t be long before Parker is teaching his baby sister cool new tricks like how to butt dial their dad. We can’t wait!
